Trust & Security
Last updated · 21 June 2026
This page is maintained by DEENXTION AI Solutions to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and client services. It describes currently enabled controls and practices — it is not an independent certification or audit, and is not certified by Lovable or any third party.
Shared Responsibility
Our website and internal tooling run on the Lovable platform, which provides hosting, authentication, database, and edge-runtime infrastructure. DEENXTION AI Solutions is responsible for the application code, data handling decisions, client engagements, and the copy on this page. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their own account credentials and the data they choose to share with us.
Authentication & Access
Administrative access to the back office is gated behind email and password authentication with role-based authorisation. Sensitive database tables are protected by row-level security policies so that records are only readable by the authorised role.
Internal privileged operations run server-side under a service role and are never exposed to the browser.
Hosting & Platform
The site is delivered through Lovable's managed hosting on a global edge network. The backend uses a managed Postgres database with transport encryption in transit. Secrets and API keys are stored in a managed secret store and injected into server functions at runtime.
Data We Collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries and deliver our services: name, email, phone number, company name, and any message content you choose to share through the discovery-call form or chatbot. We do not sell personal data.
For a full breakdown of lawful basis, retention, and your rights under UK GDPR, see our Privacy Policy.
Subprocessors & Integrations
The following third-party services may process data on our behalf:
- Lovable — hosting, database, authentication, edge runtime
- Mailgun — transactional and notification email delivery
- Google (Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway) — chatbot responses
- Stripe — payment processing for subscription packages
Each provider is bound by their own data-processing terms. We do not share enquiry data with any party that is not required to fulfil the service you requested.
Cookies & Analytics
The site uses only the cookies required for core functionality, plus limited first-party analytics to understand site performance. See our Cookie Policy for details and your choices.
Retention & Deletion
Enquiry and lead records are retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards. Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the contract and the period required to meet UK tax and accounting obligations.
To request deletion of your personal data, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframes set out in UK GDPR.
Privacy Requests
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@deenxtion.co.uk.
Security Contact & Vulnerability Reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting our site or services, please email hello@deenxtion.co.uk with the details. Please give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.
Compliance
DEENXTION AI Solutions operates from England and Wales and processes personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not currently hold third-party certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. If your procurement process requires specific documentation, get in touch and we will work with you on what we can provide.
